ShapeBlock does not store any personal data of users with anyone. You can generally visit our Site without revealing any personally identifiable information about yourself. We require you to complete a registration form to access certain restricted areas of the Site, to use certain services and when you download any software.
What information does ShapeBlock collect?
We only collect what we need to help you use the service: your email address, name, and your infrastructure/cloud API keys. The keys are used to provision and maintain software on your servers. We mail you only to communicate any account related transactions, product updates or notifications about the service. You won't be contacted for any other purpose or reasons.
How ShapeBlock protects its users' information?
All the user data is stored using industry-standard best practices, including storing sensitive data like passwords in an irretrievable manner.
While no data transmission over the Internet is 100% secure from intrusion, we maintain commercially reasonable physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your Information. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your Information, we cannot guarantee the security of your Information transmitted to or through the Services. Any transmission of Information is at your own risk.
